Bringing over 43 years of experience in the industrial refractory industry, Jesse has a deep understanding of every facet of the business—from field operations and project management to job safety, employee relations, inspections, and quality control. His leadership is rooted in hands-on expertise, ensuring each project is executed to the highest standards.
Throughout his career, Jesse has streamlined operational procedures to boost productivity and revamped revenue systems to enhance both customer experience and internal efficiency. He has successfully established a mechanical specialty division within an existing refractory company and launched a grassroots refractory business for an out-of-state mechanical firm—both of which continue to thrive under the foundation he built.
Known for his loyalty, integrity, and commitment to excellence, Jesse is passionate about building a best-in-class refractory division that strengthens TC Boiler’s legacy and pushes the boundaries of performance and reliability.
Away from the jobsite, Jesse enjoys time with family and friends, raising livestock, and caring for his three Australian Shepherds. He’s an avid gardener—especially when it comes to his roses—and a lifelong sportsman who finds joy in hunting and fishing alongside loved ones.
