Based out of TC Boiler’s Alabama office, Jake Pierce plays a key role in project estimating and pre-construction planning. He is responsible for reviewing project drawings and specifications, conducting site visits and client bid walks, building vendor relationships, and preparing competitive, comprehensive project proposals across the Southeast region.
Jake brings 15 years of construction management experience to the team, with a strong background in piping field engineering, Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), project turnover, and capital project execution. His well-rounded perspective—from the field to final turnover—makes him a valuable resource for clients and project teams alike.
As the newest member of the estimating department, Jake brings both technical expertise and a drive for excellence that aligns with TC Boiler’s mission of safety, quality, and reliability. He approaches each bid with precision, no matter the scope or complexity, and takes pride in delivering value to every client.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife and children and being outdoors—whether hunting, fishing, or simply making memories with family.
