Jarrod’s expertise spans pipe welding & fabrication, semiconductor tool installation & hookup and large-scale mechanical installations, with a strong focus on specialty metals & welding applications. His leadership has been instrumental in guiding crews through challenging projects, ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Born in 1976 in Beaumont, Texas, Jarrod began his career in industrial construction in 1994 as a pipe fitter apprentice. Over the past 30+ years, he has built a wealth of experience working along the Gulf Coast on a wide range of projects, including shutdowns, maintenance, emergency outages, capital improvements, and prefabrication shop work. Throughout his career, Jarrod has continually been assigned roles in critical sectors, gaining a comprehensive understanding of complex industrial & commercial environments.
In the late 1990s, Jarrod advanced into supervisory roles, starting as a crew foreman and steadily rising to construction management. This progression reflects his dedication to professional growth and his ability to lead teams on high-pressure, large-scale projects.
Jarrod has extensive experience managing multi-trade crews, where he excels at establishing clear roles, delegating responsibilities, fostering skill development, and building strong, cohesive teams. His leadership style is rooted in mentorship, positive reinforcement, and strategic problem-solving, ensuring that projects are executed with precision, safety, and efficiency.

In his free time, Jarrod cherishes the moments he spends with his wife and best friend of 30 years, Teresa. Together, they delight in creating lasting memories with their children and grandchildren.
