Joe brings a unique background to the role, combining years of experience in law enforcement and safety management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, an Associate of Science in Police Science, and is a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS). His expertise allows him to implement practical, field-informed protocols that drive results and reinforce compliance from the ground up.
Since joining TC Boiler, Joe has developed and implemented tailored safety plans, conducted root-cause investigations, and strengthened the company’s culture of accountability—resulting in reduced incidents and more efficient operations.
